RULES & SCORING

• Each day, a slate of spread games is made available for you to pick from. You may submit up to 6 picks per day.
• Picks lock the moment a game begins. Once a game starts, that game is no longer available to pick.
• You are not required to submit all 6 picks. Any game you do not pick will be scored as 0 points — it will not count against your record.
• Available sports vary by season. Current offerings are displayed on the picks screen at all times.

• Correct pick — 1 point added to your daily and monthly total.
• Incorrect pick — 0 points.
• Push (tie) — The pick is voided. No points awarded, no points deducted. The game is removed from your record entirely.
• Unpicked game — 0 points. Does not count as an incorrect pick or affect your win percentage.
• The daily leaderboard is determined by points earned that day. The monthly leaderboard is determined by cumulative points across the full calendar-month competition cycle.
• Daily tiebreaker: predict the total points of the featured game. Closest prediction wins. Exact ties share prizes.

• Daily prizes are awarded each day to the top finishers on the daily leaderboard.
• Monthly prizes are awarded at the end of each calendar-month competition cycle to the top overall performers on the monthly leaderboard.
• In the event of a tie on the daily leaderboard, tied users share the combined prize value of the positions they occupy equally.
• In the event of a tie on the monthly leaderboard, tied users share the monthly prize equally.
• Prizes are credited directly to your Statline wallet. You can withdraw earnings via ACH bank transfer or apply them toward your next subscription payment.

• Statline operates on a monthly subscription model. Your current tier and price are shown on your Account screen.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To continue playing after your access period ends, you must manually renew.
• New subscribers receive 50% off their first month as part of the welcome offer.
• Your subscription runs for 30 days from the date of purchase. Competition cycles run on calendar months (1st through the last day of each month).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once your access period has begun, except where the Statline Guarantee applies.
• Renewals are manual. We'll remind you before your access expires, but no charges occur unless you choose to renew.

• Every subscriber receives a unique referral code. Share your code with friends to earn rewards.
• When someone subscribes using your referral link, both you and your friend receive a $25 credit applied to your next subscription payment.
• Referral credits are applied automatically via your Stripe billing account.
• Self-referrals and referring existing subscribers are not eligible for credits.

• All prize winnings and referral credits are tracked in your Statline wallet.
• You can withdraw your available balance at any time via ACH bank transfer through Stripe Connect.
• Alternatively, you can apply your wallet balance directly to your next subscription payment.
• If your total annual earnings exceed $600, you may receive a 1099 tax form. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
• Statline is not available in the following states: Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
• Each participant may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and may result in disqualification.
• Phone number verification is required during onboarding to ensure account integrity.

• Statline is a skill-based competition platform. All participants are expected to compete in good faith.
• Any attempt to manipulate results, exploit platform errors, or engage in dishonest conduct will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the platform.
• Statline reserves the right to void picks or adjust results in the event of verified data errors from our game feed provider.
• Statline's decisions regarding scoring disputes are final. All disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the result in question.

Your first month is half off. If you do not win back your discounted entry fee in daily prizes during your first competition cycle, your second month is on us. No questions asked.

Statline is a skill-based competition platform operated by D'Agostino Enterprise LLC. Statline is not a sportsbook and does not constitute gambling. Rules are subject to change. Users will be notified of any updates before they take effect.
