RULES & SCORING

• Each pool entry allows you to submit up to 6 picks per pool.
• Picks lock the moment a game begins. Once a game starts, that game is no longer available to pick.
• You are not required to submit all 6 picks. Any game you do not pick will be scored as 0 points — it will not count against your record.
• Available sports vary by season. Current offerings are displayed on the picks screen at all times.

• Correct pick — 1 point added to your daily pool record.
• Incorrect pick — 0 points.
• Push (tie) — The pick is voided. No points awarded, no points deducted. The game is removed from your record entirely.
• Unpicked game — 0 points. Does not count as an incorrect pick or affect your win percentage.
• The pool leaderboard is ranked by win percentage, then wins, then tiebreaker distance.
• Daily tiebreaker: predict the total points of the featured game. Closest prediction wins. Exact ties share prizes.

• Each daily pool has its own prize pool funded by entry fees.
• Under 30 entries: winner takes all (100% of net pool).
• 30+ entries: top 3 split — 60% to 1st, 25% to 2nd, 15% to 3rd.
• Tiebreaker: the closest prediction to the final combined score of the designated late game breaks any ties.
• Prizes are credited directly to your Statline wallet and can be withdrawn via our payout workflow.

• Each pool costs a fixed amount to enter and caps at 50 players.
• Each entry allows up to 6 picks (spreads, totals, or head-to-head) plus a tiebreaker prediction.
• Picks lock individually at each game's start time, there is no global lock.
• The tiebreaker game is a game starting at or after 8 PM New York local time.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted, except where the admin issues a correction.

• Every user receives a unique referral link. Share it with friends to earn rewards.
• When a friend enters their first paid pool using your referral link, both you and your friend receive a $15 credit.
• Referral credits are applied automatically and can be used for pool entries.
• Self-referrals and referring existing users are not eligible for credits.

• All prize winnings and referral credits are tracked in your Statline wallet.
• Wallet credits can be used for pool entry fees. Withdrawable balance (prize cash) can be withdrawn via our payout workflow.
• Payouts are processed through our payout provider. Submit a withdrawal request and your funds will be sent to your linked account.
• If your total annual earnings exceed $600, you may receive a 1099 tax form. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
• Statline is not available in the following states: Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
• Each participant may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and may result in disqualification.
• Phone number verification is required during onboarding to ensure account integrity.

• Statline is a skill-based competition platform. All participants are expected to compete in good faith.
• Any attempt to manipulate results, exploit platform errors, or engage in dishonest conduct will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the platform.
• Statline reserves the right to void picks or adjust results in the event of verified data errors from our game feed provider.
• Statline's decisions regarding scoring disputes are final. All disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the result in question.

Statline is a skill-based daily pick'em competition platform operated by D'Agostino Enterprise LLC. Statline is not a sportsbook and does not constitute gambling. Rules are subject to change. Users will be notified of any updates before they take effect.
